360-degree feedback with systematic coaching: empirical analysis suggests a winning combination

The effectiveness of the 360-degree program can be improved by combining it with the coaching that is focused on enhanced self-awareness and behavioral management. This feedback-coaching resulted in improved manager and employee satisfaction, commitment, intentions to turnover, and the firm's performance.
