Article Abstract:

An insight at work site training and task interventions to reduce injuries in the construction industry is presented thereby recommending the implementation of ergonomics improvements at construction sites. Training and application of ergonomic approach to work on building sites that raise risk awareness and engage workers would avoid the problem of musculoskeletal injuries that affect the careers of workers in the construction industry.

Article Abstract:

Ergonomics is the applied science that can be used to improve the design of jobs, workplaces and equipment in shipping and packaging industries to eliminate or minimize excessive reaching, bending, twisting, lifting, pinching, pushing and other actions by workers. To keep risk under control, management should check that any new equipment supplies have considered sound ergonomic principles in their design.
