Sense and sensibility
Article Abstract:
Brain injuries can often result in changes to personality which can make the sufferer difficult in both home and work situations. If a young person is unconscious for more than 24 hours they can make a good recovery, but there is less likelihood in older people. Problems may include impaired memory, lack of concentration and irritability or impatience. Work is an important aspect of life and brain-injured people are often able to make a contribution.

Whatever happened to common sense?
Article Abstract:
A lack of empowerment on the part of employees in large, particularly in public sector, coupled with the seeming inability of the organizations to provide the services that people expect, produces massive frustration among people. The conclusion states that a good dose of common sense must be applied to business problems to counteract the excess of speed, hype, and poor delivery.
