Violence at work - it's got to stop
Article Abstract:
The International Labour Office (ILO) is providing support to the employers, trade unions and national governments to fight against the violence and aggression that takes place at work. The ILO actually does not have any legal status but it has a lot of significance in exercising the labour rights, as it has outlined some codes of practice, which specify that organizations must identify those types of jobs where the risk of violence is the most and must train the staff to handle such situations.
