Joint effort required to build top vendor base
Article Abstract:
Collaborative efforts between field underwriters and the home office can significantly improve quality and control costs of paramedical vendor services. A vendor service/quality control audit of services conducted by field underwriters and the home office can alert the home office to potential problems, strengthen long-term client relationships and illuminate areas of improvement. A thorough audit should rate punctuality in completing required forms, ability to administer routine medical screens and accuracy.
