National Casualty Co is offering a new major medical policy called HealthGuard Value 50 for clients who wish to pay a higher deductible in exchange for lower premiums. Lifetime benefits may total up to $2 million. After the selected deductible of $300, $600, $1,200, $2,500, or $5,000 is met, the plan pays 50% of allowable expenses. After the out-of-pocket limit is met, the plan pays 100% of eligible costs.
