Article Abstract:

Many factors contribute to the success of quality management in a business organization. Companies must have the resources and information required by their industry while emphasizing the attainment of customer satisfaction as a constant goal. Employees must be allowed to participate more actively in corporate planning to keep them committed. Another method of retaining employee loyalty is through compensation incentives. However, these should be part of an overall program to ensure its effectivity.
