Do workers benefit from ethical trade? Assessing codes of labor practice in global production systems
Article Abstract:
The analysis shows that corporate while implementing corporate codes of labor practice focus more on compliance with outcome standards which has improved and not on process rights of workers. Corporate codes have to play a role in improving labor standards which currently ignored by the businesses.
