A better way to divorce

Article Abstract:

A child of divorce and family lawyer recommends looking for the best in people rather than taking an adversarial stance and doing the opposite. Children of divorce have known pain and so are able to feel compassion. Good family lawyers try to resolve divorces in friendship and cooperation. Most divorcing clients also want to get on with their lives and adversarial divorces decrease this possibility.
