Across-the-border contamination. The Andorra Power Plant (Teruel): a business ethics case
Article Abstract:
The Andorra Power Plant case has been considered as a case of business ethics in the Spanish business context. The case has proven that the complexity of business activities is not a hindrance in maintaining communication in an organization, especially in times of conflict, and in coming up with a consensus that is ethical without compromising economic interests. It has also demonstrated that agreements can be made possible when two parties are open to dialogue, when decisions are based on an ethical background and when general interests are given importance.
