Article Abstract:

Regulators have increased their vigilance at enforcing these restrictions and even considered expanding them due to increased public concern. Article Abstract:
The Supreme Court has stated that employer rules proscribing drug use were designed to ensure safe, efficient conduct of a job and that equal protection and privacy do not suffice as reasons to counter these rules.
