Codetermination and corporate governance in a multinational business enterprise
Article Abstract:
The role of employees in corporate governance is discussed, with emphasis on the German and US models and how differences between the two models influence multinational corporations. The regulatory systems of both countries are compared and contrasted, and mergers of corporate entities operating under the two systems are discussed.

Social reporting: a reflexive law approach to corporate social responsiveness
Article Abstract:
Methods for encouraging corporations to be responsive socially are discussed. The need to implement laws requiring social reporting is emphasized and social reports issued by the Body Shop International and Ben and Jerry Ice Cream are analyzed.
