Copyright law and the People's Republic of China: a review and critique of China's intellectual property courts
Article Abstract:
China's Intellectual Property Courts offer foreign companies their best chance to productively address copyright infringement and other intellectual property crimes in that nation. Decisions of the court in the 1990s suggest that it is becoming more sensitive to Western conceptions of intellectual property. By attempting to resolve issues in the Court, companies can help to foster a more predictable and Western application of the country's copyright laws.

Foreign currency judgments: a new option for United States courts
Article Abstract:
Some US courts have become willing to award judgments in foreign currency rather than in dollars.
