Peripheral vision; zippy PC add-ons are launch pad for any lawyer's show-and-tell
Article Abstract:
Digital cameras have joined a growing list of computer peripherals, or add-on devices which work in conjunction with personal computers and, in the case of lawyers, help them organize and enhance their practices. These devices connect to a desktop computer and allow attorneys to perform tasks such as staging presentations, videoconferencing depositions or meetings, and dictating memos - with everything necessary at their fingertips. Guidelines for choosing computer peripherals, which can also include scanner and voice-recognition products, are given.

Publicly held property and casualty insurance company profits and losses derive from their protecting clients from loss in exchange for premiums. The accounting principles and reserves of the insurance companies directly impact premiums rates. Rating agencies assess insurance companies' strengths and weaknesses and assign a ranking regarding the companies' ability to meet their claims payments.
