Business has the tools at hand to achieve the highest level of employee performance. Good ideas exist in abundance. But advantage is not being taken of other talents. Individualism is the hallmark of the entrepreneurial spirit. Innovative companies allow individuals to give free vent to their ideas or techniques. Investment in people is the only real way to build a lasting business enterprise. In the face of unfavorable economic conditions, management should make every effort to seek dynamic new solutions.
