Toward a jurisprudence of youth violence
Article Abstract:
Comprehensive legal and social strategies of dealing with juvenile delinquents are discussed. The article justifies different correctional laws for violent youths, and encourages the creation of youth crime policies that address homicide cases, firearms use, and effective rehabilitation strategies.
