Falling between two walls
Article Abstract:
Roger Luckhurst writes about the works of science-fiction writer J.G. Ballard who, he emphasizes, is not a conventional author in a genre that counts among its more popular authors such names as Brantlinger and Luciano. Ballard's works allegedly dip into such non-science-fiction areas as philosophy and psychology. Luckhurst does not really enlighten as he tends to be redundant and uses jargon to give weight to his thesis.
