The television should become more responsive to the needs of the public, especially in educating the public. The superior technology of the electronics industry has not resulted in the production of quality programs of public interest but has increased sub-standard commercials. The television should use the new technological innovations such as optical fiber, computer and satellite technology that help broadcast programs across the world.
