Moral hazard and conditional preferences
Article Abstract:
Conditional preferences may come from derived observable preferences among a set of acts with specific consequences. They may also refer to primitive notions of preferences among conditional decisions defined as functions from the events. These two definitions are compatible with each other. Derived preferences do not operate across events nor can they identify separately subjective probabilities. On the other hand, primitive preferences over conditional decisions assume that two consequences are directly comparable.

Cournot-Nash equilibrium distributions of games with uncertainty and imperfect information
Article Abstract:
The existence of a Cournot-Nash equilibrium in games with uncertainty and imperfect knowledge and with the anonymity of many players as a prerequisite is investigated. The equilibrium exists if it is consistent with the initial beliefs of the participants. Results of the study reveals that such equilibrium does exist in these games and that equilibrium correspndences changes in response to shifts in information.
