Existence of equilibria with incomplete markets: the case of smooth returns
Article Abstract:
A two-period incomplete market general equilibrium model is examined where yields are linked to spot price. The analysis proves that an equilibrium exists for a generic class of asset endowments, and that certain asset structures have sticky prices when there is a robust existence problem.
