Mehmet Ali Talat: Turkish Cypriot leader

Article Abstract:

Mehmet Ali Talat, the Turkish Cypriot leader, is optimistic about the Cyprus' future, but is angry by the Cyprus' current limbo status, which has worsened since the Greek Cypriots rejected the Annan Plan in April 2004. He talks about the opening of the Green Line by the Turkish Cypriots, which has enabled free movement across the island, and about their relationship with the Greek Cypriots.
