The Group of Seven leaders left their summit in Halifax without facing the fact that currency traders do not create the flawed conditions that enable them to profit so handsomely. It is the economic polices of the individual nations that must be corrected. The currency traders are only scapegoats.

It would be a mistake to try to apply the same management techniques and standards to both business and the public sectors. The public sector can benefit from becomming more efficient, but to become to focused or efficient would upset what enables businesses and individuals to proper.
