A violent message? Someone may be stalking doctors who do abortions

Article Abstract:

Police in Canada are concerned that either a lone anti-abortion extremist or a group of extremists may be trying to shoot doctors who perform abortions. On Nov 8, 1995, someone shot and wounded Dr. Garson Romalis at his Vancouver residence. On Nov 10, Dr. Hugh Short was similarly wounded in Hamilton.

Since John McCarthy publically charged Maple Leaf Gardens employees of sexually abusing him as a child, more than 60 men and 2 women have come forward to make similar charges. Some allege that the abuse was common knowledge among employees.
