Biztravel.com promises money back for flight delays

Article Abstract:

Online travel firm Biztravel.com announced that it will now provide money- back guarantees for flights delayed on American, Continental, US Airways, British Airways and Air France. The travel firm is owned by Rosenbluth, one of the leading travel agencies in the US. Customers will receive $100 for flights 30 minutes to an hour late, $200 for a delay of over one hour and a complete refund and rebooking if a flight is more than two hours late.

Travel bounces back from SARS: Deals abound as airlines bulk up flight schedules

Airlines are restoring flight schedules to the pre-SARS levels as attractive discounts for airfares and hotel rooms are getting travelers' attention. Convention recruiters are traveling with health officials to convince US companies and associations to hold meetings in Toronto, while Hong Kong officials are working harder to lure US corporate meetings, incentive trips for salespeople and other business groups.
