Peter Macdonald of James Hardie Industries has plans to rebuild the company's confidence after it was refused a listing on the New York Stock Exchange in Mar 1999. Macdonald is determined to make his company the prime supplier of home sidings in the US sunbelt. The main product is cement building boards that protect and insulate the home without warping or cracking.
