Arranging a trip can be time-consuming and stressful, which may be the reason consumers are turning to travel companies on the Internet for airfares, car rental, hotel accommodation, holiday packages, and other travel expenses. Some sites have become so popular that their business has grown to $1.5 mil a week. Selling travel over the Internet is much easier for travel agents since travelers design their own itinerary.
