The first scientific paper on bullying was published in 1897 by a Norwegian researcher Fredic Burke. Most of the researchers working on bullying, exploring the effects of bullying on victims and the way it can be reduced have concluded that it is a significant problem that despite all sound and fury still has not received enough attention.
