Unusual suspects support Labor

Article Abstract:

The Australian Labor Party has 51% of the primary vote compared to 45% for the Liberal Party before the October 16, 1999 supplementary election, based on a Bulletin Morgan telephone poll of 812 electors in Frankston East from October 9-10, 1999. Consumer Confidence Ratings are also discussed.
