American philosopher Daniel Dennett drew large crowds in Australia during a public lecture on science and the mind. Dennett, a philosophy professor and director of the Centre for Cognitive Studies at Tufts University in Massachusetts, argues in favor of Darwinism and believes that humanity's committment to ethics does not need God as a crutch.
