Article Abstract:
Norwich University had one of the top immersion programs for the Russian language during the Cold War. The break up of the Soviet Union has lead to declining interest in the program by private citizens and military and government personnel.

Concordia University has been troubled by the murder of four employees and ethical irregularities by its faculty. On Aug 24, 1992, four people were killed, allegedly by mechanical engineering professor Valery Fabrikant.
