Terry Tsianos and Pegasus Inc. invested $780,000 to purchase Toronto's 152 year old Wheat Sheaf Tavern in 1995 after it was closed for 8 months. Now they plan to invest $400,000 to $500,000 to turn the upper floor of the 3-story building into apartments.
