Oil and mining companies in Canada see strong potential in operating outside the country, although this may pose some risks. These firms are committed to do business abroad, despite possible exposure to turmoil and disruption. So far, over 140 Canadian oil businesses have explored business options in 67 countries since major conventional crude oil reserves in the locality have already been covered.
