Razorfish founders quit top management positions
Article Abstract:
Chief executive, Jeffrey A. Dachis and chief strategic officer, Craig Kanarick are leaving their Internet consulting company after founding Razorfish in 1995. Chief operating officer Jean-Phillip Maheu will become CEO. Razorfish showed a $24.8 million first quarter loss with $42.7 million in revenue. Dachis and Kanarick intend to become more involved in Razorfish Studios Web site. Razorfish had been profitable until last quarter; layoffs ensued.
