Cinar sells Twin Sisters firm to its founders, who drop suit

Cinar Corp. has sold off Twin Sisters Productions Inc. to that company's founders. The deal is valued at US$1.5 million. The founders in exchange, have terminated their lawsuit against Cinar for earnings misrepresentation.
