Russia plays favourites with gas

According to research of Gazprom and Wall Street, Russia is allowing its neighbors to pay discounted rates for natural gas and demanding big price hikes from former Soviet countries. The relevant statistical data of OAO Gazprom's target for 2006 is presented.
