The Royal Montreal Golf Club will host the Bell Canadian Open golf tournament and Weir will vie with such contenders as Tiger Woods and Greg Norman. Weir, a 27-year-old pro, finished second in the Canadian PGA championship and he is avid for a win at the Sept 1997 Bell open.
