The people of Martinsville, Saskatchewan, were shocked in Jun 1992 by news that fellow residents Ronald and Linda Sterling, the operators of an unlicensed babysitting service, and seven others had been charged with child molestation. Two of those charged were former Martinsville police chiefs.

Guilty as charged: James Keegstra reaches the end of the legal line
Article Abstract:
The Supreme Court of Canada ruled in Mar 1996, that the nation's anti-hate law is constitutional. The court also upheld the conviction of Keegstra, who spread anti-semitic beliefs while teaching at an Alberta school. Keegstra had challenged the law, saying it violated freedom of speech.
