Dundee Securities Corp, a brokerage firm based in Toronto, Canada, allegedly has documents regarding what former Bre-X Minerals Ltd Vice-Chairman John Felderhof did with Bre-X shares valued at C$17.1 mil in Nov 1996, according to Ross Nelson of Deloitte & Touche in Calgary, Canada, the bankruptcy trustee of Bre-X. The documents are needed by Nelson because he filed a suit against Felderhof and other former executives of Bre-X, allegedly for unlawful insider trading.

Scintilore claim on gold stakes dismissed
Article Abstract:
Scintilore Explorations Ltd, based in Toronto, Canada, argued that its agent had tapped the services of John Larche to stake claims in the Northern Ontario, Canada, area of Hemlo where gold mines now operate. Larche, along with another prospector Donald McKinon, colluded to stake the crucial claims for themselves in breach of Larche's duty to the firm, according to Scintilore's suit.
