Article Abstract:
Investors should watch for signs in interest rates and equities to help predict economic outlook. Investors should follow news on wage growth, inflation and inflationary expectations to help predict interest rate movement. If interest rates rise, share prices will drop in contrast to bonds. A sharp eye should also be cast on US interest rates. A significant rise could mean a sharp Australian and US correction.
