Article Abstract:
The Coal Combustion Products Partnership (C2P2), a joint agency-industry effort among the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the American Coal Ash Association (ACAA), the Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG), the Department of Energy, and Coal Combustion Products (CCP) where generators and marketers are working together to promote beneficial applications of CCP. Their action is focused to remove the wrong perception against CCP's impact on health and environment.

Converting wind to hydrogen

Xcel Energy Corp. and the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory are working on a project to convert wind energy to hydrogen by combining wind turbines for hydrogen production. Components and details of the said project are discussed.
