Article Abstract:
Robert C Post's 'Constitutional Domains' presents the American perspective of freedom of speech and the consequences of constitutional-legal doctrines of freedom of speech. Post claims that Americans identify democracy with an autonomous government resulting to the libertarian cast of the First Amendment jurisprudence. He refers responsive democracy to the culturally established American perception of the link between democracy and autonomy.
