On moralizing in business ethics
Article Abstract:
A critique of both moralizing and inappropriate charges of moralizing is presented with the aim of furthering responsible communication in business. It is summarized that business ethics is an academic field about well-intentioned moral assessment of business and business education, resulting in good consequences, although the self-interest of ethicists is also involved, for they make a living from reflecting on what is wrong and right in business.

Market structures, claims fraud and ethical concerns in the delivery of health care services: a transaction cost economics analysis
Article Abstract:
This article evaluates the problems within the health care services industry and the managed care networks. The authors, applying a transaction cost economics theory, argue the current system unintentionally promotes unethical behavior and claims of fraud due to concerns of profits which might result in the denial of services.
