Article Abstract:

The value of trust in business enterprises extends not only to its potential for increasing productivity, but even more so on its capacity to encourage individuals and organizations to forge relationships with other groups of people. They should also analyze this trait's impact on group behavior, as it is first and foremost a social ideal.

Article Abstract:

Pragmatic solutions are suggested to address this need. Ethical conduct may be promoted by identification of conditions and practices that advance those aims in firms and justification of aims in the pursuit of economic objectives.
