Three dozen young MBA graduates at Wharton who are now expatriates in Moscow, Russia, convene regularly for the Wharton Alumni Club. With Russian business filled with various opportunities, members of the club have learned to adapt to the nature of the economy and plant roots with regard to their family lives.

Antipathy has been growing between men and women as a result of the women's liberation movement and consequent confusion about gender roles. But there is a return to more traditional gender roles occurring, along with the gains made by feminism.
