Maximizing the noodles: class, memory and capital in Sergio Leone's 'Once Upon a Time in America'
Article Abstract:
Sergio Leone's 1984 motion picture 'Once Upon A Time in America' stars Robert De Niro and James Woods. The movie features 'God Bless America' at the start and finish and it is suggested that the film aims to offer a typical picture rather than the portrayal of what is essential a number of criminals. The resurrection of Max is analysed, along with the role of rape and sexual themes.

Article Abstract:
The author surveys the sculptures of Daniel Chester French to learn the effects of City Beautiful Movement on aesthetic urban planning and the resurrection of American past. The sculptures of the Minute man, John Harvard and Abraham Lincoln attempts to amalgamate the nationalistic approach of contemporaries and their heirs through cultural memory.
