Occupational segregation, wage discrimination, and impact on poverty in rural Bangladesh
Article Abstract:
A study measuring wage discrimination against women, and occupational segregation in Bangladesh's rural labor market, is presented. The study also analyses the impact of these two factors on the poverty in the rural region of the country.
