Prospects for justice and stability in Burma
Article Abstract:
Conventions and talks for improving the justice and stability in Burma are neither fully representative nor substantive. Efforts for economic growth are very poor, tactics to consolidate power continue and institutional reforms are not formulated or implemented due to mistrust and the ruling general's unwillingness to relinquish power.
