The evolution of China's engagement with international governmental organizations: Toward a liberal foreign policy?
Article Abstract:
A study shows China's interactions within intergovernmental organization, a dynamic that has evolved in a liberal direction. It is observed that solely realist models, no longer adequately explain China' foreign policy behavior, and hence one must look to neo-liberal institutionalism in order to describe and predict China's behavior.

North Korean refugees in Northeast China
Article Abstract:
The Chinese authorities are unhappy due to illegal migration of North Koreans to Northeast China, as they create a number of diplomatic problems that could affect their relations with the two Korean countries. The issues related to social and economic instability, backwardness and poverty in North Korea are discussed.
