On the crest of a radio wave?
Article Abstract:
A number of surveys showing listener and industry forecasts of radio services in Britain are discussed. Nearly four-fifths of radio listeners believe that they will continue to tune in to as many hours of radio programmes in 2006. Many listeners feel that technological developments such as digital audio broadcasting will not alter the number of hours that they listen to the radio. A large proportion of surveyed 15-24 year-olds are interested in technological improvements such as digital audio broadcasting.
