The two faces of the Catala Project-towards a new general part of the French law of obligations
Article Abstract:
The author believes that the reforms in the tort law provisions in the general part of the patrimonial law in the French law of obligations are welcomed, while the reform proposals for contractual obligations are met with little enthusiasm. The author also puts forward his suggestions for the implementation of the reforms.
